Carol Davidson, the volunteer executive director of Habitat for Humanity of Hood County, recently received the Mary Ruth Rodenbaugh Leadership Award for her outstanding leadership in establishing and operating the Hood County affiliate. Additionally, Carey Gentry accepted the small cities “Business of the Year” award on behalf of Community Bank. Gentry is the Granbury market president of Community Bank. The awards were presented at the Habitat for Humanity Texas Summer Leadership and Green Building Conference on Aug. 6 in Austin.
